The Fermentorium is a great brewery with a wide variety of beers. They have options for all types of beer drinkers, from light and dark beers to IPA’s. We also tried the pretzel with spicy cheese sauce that was delicious. They also had a food truck outside which was a nice touch for the day. We’ll definitely come back.

First time here. Nice decor. Very friendly staff. Great selection of craft beers. You can order different sizes of beers which is nice. A small food menu, mostly apps and pizzas. I came with our boys after an afternoon of skating. Not crowded but busy. I would definitely go here again!

I don’t eat hot dogs but the wings were good and the boy said it was one of the better dogs he’s had. Wisco pop available for the underage or non drinkers in your party. The bar is very willing to provide samples of the current variety of brew to help you find the one that’s right for you. You can see the still pots from the restaurant. They offer beer to go and have some nice merch too. This place isn’t fancy but it’s definitely good. The menu is limited but what they have is done well.

Stopped in for the first time and it was fairly busy but plenty of room at the bar to sit. Lots of beer selection on tap and our bartender was fun. Me and my friend both commented on how it was too bright in there. Great when shopping at Costco but not so much trying to chill at a bar. The bartender agreed.

*UPDATE 4/9/18* After I posted my review (see below from 3/22/18), I was emailed by Adam Forsythe (Tasting Room Manager). He told me how much he DID NOT appreciate my review. He also went on to explain to me that "without beer they don't have a business". I'm sorry, but without customers, you don't have a business. I'm not sure why he told me there was a group booked initially and then told me it was production. This was the worst customer service I've had with a for profit business. Especially when we spent almost $500 in 3.5 hours. In my response back to him, I asked him to have the owner contact me and have not received any followup since. As I posted before, the beer is amazing, I would just avoid working with Adam. INITIAL REVIEW (3/22/18 - 4 stars): Brought a group of 25 people for a team building event. Tried to book the production area for my group for an additional $150 and was told by Adam (Tasting Room Manager) it was booked by another group. We were able to come anyway as there is plenty of space in the regular bar area between 12:30 and 4pm. To my surprise there were no groups booked until 6pm that day (it was a birthday party for a friend of my coworker who attended the team building event)! I was told after the fact that it was due to a backlog in production, not a group. A little disappointing to say the least. Nonetheless, we had a great time and saved $150! (4 stars not 5 due to being told the group area was booked by another group when it wasn’t...The beer is fantastic!)
